NOTE A: Gap X + Y must not be greater than 5 mm (.20 in.) or less than 1 mm (.04 in.). Use equal number of 5G2318 Washers on each side to obtain gap.NOTE B: Gap G must not be greater than 2 mm (.08 in.). Use a maximum of one 2G5672 Washers per inboard side of each arm. If more washers are needed to get the correct gap, use 6K2274. There must be equal numbers of washers on each side to center the arm assembly in the loader frame.NOTE C: After centering the arm assembly in the loader frame per Note B, use 6K2274 Spacers as required on the outboard side of each arm. If gap H is between 2 mm (.08 in.) and 3 mm (.12 in.), use 2G5672 Washer.NOTE D: Use 6S3461 Washers as required. The same thickness washer must be used on the inboard side of each arm so that the arm assembly is centered in the coupler group. NOTE E: After centering the arm assembly in the coupler group per Note D, use 6S3461 Washers as required on the outboard side of each arm.NOTE F: Assemble pin with grease hole pointed toward rear of vehicle.NOTE G: Tighten 8 nuts to 270 + 25 - 5 N m (200 + 18 - 4 lb. ft.)NOTE H: Use 2R0970 Plate as required.NOTE J: Coat all bores for pins with 1E2254 Lubricant, including all lift and tilt cylinders and coupler pin bosses.
