Bucket Positioner
1. Move the machine to level ground. Lower the bucket to the ground.2. Fasten magnet assembly (5) to face of collet (6).3. Rotate collet until the position of the magnet assembly is pointing towards the rear of the machine and perpendicular to tilt cylinder rod centerline within 10°.4. Loosen two bolts (3) and tighten center spreader screw (4) in tilt cylinder bracket.5. Adjust cover (9) and control group (10) so that the control group is centered over the face of the magnet to obtain dimension (8). Dimension (8) should be 5.0 1.0 mm (.20 .04 in) from the face of the magnet.6. Slide tube assembly (7) until the front edge of control group (10) is opposite the front edge of magnet assembly (5).7. Loosen center spreader screw (4) and tighten two bolts (3) securely. Torque spreader screw to 15 N m (11 lb ft).Lift Kickout
1. Raise the bucket to the desired kickout position.2. Adjust magnet assembly (2) on lift arm so that the lower edge of the magnet is even with the center of control group (1). 3. Adjust the control group in or out to obtain dimension (11). Dimension (11) should be 5.0 1.0 mm (.20 .04 in).
