Removal Procedure
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position.

Typical example
Disconnect harness assembly (1) and harness assembly (4) from electronic control (2).
Remove bolts (3) from electronic control (2). Support the electronic control as the bolts are removed.
Remove electronic control (2) from the bracket. Installation Procedure
Ensure that the electronic control is clean and free from damage. If necessary, replace the electronic control as an assembly.

Typical example
Position electronic control (2) to the bracket. Note: Ensure that the control module is correctly oriented.
Install bolts (3) to electronic control (2).
Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 10 N m (89 lb in).
Connect harness assembly (1) and harness assembly (4) to electronic control (2). Note: Care must be taken in order to avoid damage to the connector pins during installation of the harness assemblies.
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the ON position.
