To prevent damage to the seal, articulate the machine full right or left, before lubricating the splines.
Wipe the fitting before you apply any lubricant.
Start the engine. Raise the bucket. Release the parking brake. Articulate the machine to the right or to the left.
Lower the bucket to the ground. Engage the parking brake. Stop the engine.

Apply lubricant through the fitting on the center drive shaft spline.
Start the engine. Raise the bucket. Release the parking brake. Reposition the machine in a straight direction.
Lower the bucket to the ground. Apply a slight down pressure. Engage the parking brake. Stop the engine.
