Install cover (29). Install bolts (30) .

Install new O-ring seals on plugs (54). Install plugs (54). Tighten the plugs to a torque of 5 1.5 N m (44 13 lb in).

Note: If necessary, turn the valve in order to install the spring and the valve guide.
Install valve guide (6), spring seat (4), and spring (3) .

Sudden release of spring force can cause injury.To prevent the possibility of injury, follow the procedure to relieve the spring pressure.
Install a new O-ring seal on plug (1). Keep pressure on plug (1) while you install the plug. Tighten the plug to a torque of 75 7 N m (55 5 lb ft).

Carefully position the valve on the opposite side.
Install a new O-ring seal on plug (8). Install plug (8). Tighten the plug to a torque of 35 3 N m (26 2 lb ft).
Install a new O-ring seal on plug (53). Install plug (53). Tighten the plug to a torque of 35 3 N m (26 2 lb ft).
Install new O-ring seals on plugs (52). Install plugs (52). Tighten the plugs to a torque of 5 1.5 N m (44 13 lb in).

Install new O-ring seal (10) on plunger (14) .
Install plunger (14) in plug (12) .
Install nut (13) .

Install new O-ring seal (11) on plug (12) .
Install ball (9) .

Install ball valve (51). Tighten the ball valve to a torque of 105 10 N m (77 7 lb ft).
Tighten plunger (14) .
Tighten nut (13). Tighten the nut to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).

Install a new O-ring seal on plug (50). Install plug (50). Tighten the plug to a torque of 35 3 N m (26 2 lb ft).

Install a new O-ring seal on plug (36). Install plug (36). Tighten the plug to a torque of 75 7 N m (55 5 lb ft).
Install new O-ring seal (34). Install new O-ring seal (37). Install new O-ring seal (33) .

Use a suitable lifting device in order to position valve housing (35) on control valve (31). The weight of the valve housing is 36 kg (80 lb).
Install bolts (47) in order to connect control valve (31) and valve housing (35). Tighten the bolts in an even pattern until the control valve and the valve housing make contact.
