A     138-7575     Link Bracket     4    Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to position fuel tank (19). The weight of fuel tank (19) is approximately 408 kg (900 lb).
Install bolts (20) on both sides.

Install sight gauge (18) and bolts (17) .
Install handrail assembly (16) and bolts (15) .

Install bolts (12) .
Install step (14) and bolts (13) .

Connect hose assembly (8) and harness assembly (7) .
Install clip (10) .

Install platform (5) and bolts (6) .

Open fuel shutoff valve (3) .

The upper frame is inverted in order to show the guard locations.
Install guards (1) and (2) .
Fill the fuel tank with fuel. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities".
