Prepare the machine for service and drain coolant before servicing the radiator group.

Remove hose clamps (A), the hose assembly connected at elbow (B), and 367-0805 Tube As (C) and mounting hardware. Retain the hose assembly and mounting hardware.

Install tube assembly (1) to the flange on the radiator bottom tank using O-Ring seal (2) and mounting hardware retained from Step 2.
Insert the other end of tube assembly (1) to the hose assembly and install two hose clamps (3) .
Install elbow assembly (4) to the boss on the side of tube assembly (1) and orient as shown in Illustration 2. Reconnect the hose assembly removed in Step 2.
Install plug (5) to the boss as shown in Illustration 2.Installation Procedure for Machines With a Service Group
