Connect the T4 ring to the cab ground.

Connect the C1 connection of the 195-7599 Cab Harness to the C3 connection on the 194-3090 Chassis Harness .Procedure B

Remove the four screws on the switch panel. Remove the switch panel in order to gain access to the cab harness and existing switch connections.

Locate the existing three pin DT connector and remove the existing plug.

Connect the C4 connection of the 195-7599 Cab Harness to the existing DT connector.

Use tie straps in order to secure the T3 and T5 connectors to the harness. These connections are not required on machines with the three pin DT connector.

Remove one plug and one gasket from the switch plate. The film may need to be cut on some machines.

Insert the 185-2770 Switch into the empty position.
Connect the C2 connector of the 195-7599 Cab Harness to the 185-2770 Switch .
Reinstall the switch panel with the four existing screws. Tighten to a torque of 1.7 .2 N m (15.0 1.8 lb in).

Follow the harness of the pilot valve in order to route the T4 ring and the C1 connector. Use five 7K-1181 Cable Straps in order to secure the 195-7599 Cab Harness to the main harness below the cab platform.
Reinstall the console and secure the console with the four screws. Tighten the top 9X-2045 Screws to a torque of 6 1 N m (4.4 0.8 lb ft). Tighten the bottom 9X-2042 Screws to a torque of 4.5 .5 N m (3.3 0.4 lb ft).
