3. Remove four bolts (1) and washers securing cover (3) to frame (4).4. Remove three bolts (2) and the washers from cover (3). 5. Attach Tooling (A), lifting straps and a hoist to remove cover assembly (3). Weight of cover assembly (3) is 70 kg (150 lb). 6. Remove two tube assemblies (4) from blade control valve (5). 7. Remove six hydraulic hoses (6) from the blade control valve.8. Remove six tube assemblies (8) from the blade control valve.9. Remove two bolts (7) and washers from the blade control valve. 10. Attach two lifting straps as shown to remove the blade control valve. Weight the blade control valve is 34 kg (75 lb)11. Install the blade control valve in the reverse order of removal.12. Check the condition of all O-rings and replace with new parts as needed. Refer to the Operation & Maintenance Manual for all fluid capacities and the proper filling procedures.13. Start By:a. remove bulldozer control valveb. remove fittings and replace O-ring seals if necessary Place alignment marks and numerical indicators on all portions of the bulldozer control valve for assembly purposes. 1. Remove pressure reducing valve (1) from the blade control valve.2. Remove pressure reducing valve housing (2) from the blade control valve. 3. Disassemble pressure reducing valve (1) as follows:a. Remove lower portion (5) of pressure reducing valve (1) from pressure reducing valve (1).b. Remove O-ring (3), backup ring (11), O-ring (10) and backup ring (9) from pressure reducing valve (1). Remove spring (4) and pin (8) from pressure reducing valve (1).c. Remove O-ring (7) from lower portion (5) of the pressure reducing valve. Remove O-ring (6) from pressure reducing valve housing (2). 4. Remove pressure relief valve (12) from the blade control valve.5. Remove pressure relief valve assembly (16) and spring (17) from pressure relief valve (12). Remove O-ring (14) and backup ring (15) from pressure relief valve assembly (16) and O-ring (13) from pressure relief valve (12).
Layout Of The Blade Control Valve With The Nuts And Rods Removed6. Remove three nuts (18) and the rods from the blade control valve. Remove three spring and piston assemblies (24) from valve bodies (20) and (21) to avoid their loss during disassembly and assembly procedures. Remove O-ring seals (23) from valve assemblies (19), (20) and (21). Note end cap (22). 7. Remove two cap screws (25) to remove end cap (26) and fitting (27) from valve assembly (20).8. Remove cap screws (29) to remove end cap (28) and fitting (30) from valve assembly (20).9. Remove cap screw (31), washer (32), inner and outer springs (33), and washer (34) from the spool in the valve assembly, while securing cap screw (35). Note spring and piston assembly (24). 10. Remove O-ring (36) from fitting (37). Remove fitting (37) from valve assembly (20).
