Wear gloves when you handle wire cable.When you strike a retainer pin with force, the retainer pin can fly out. The loose retainer pin can injure personnel. Make sure that the area is clear of people when you strike a retainer pin. To avoid injury to your eyes, wear protective glasses when you strike a retainer pin. Chips or other debris can fly off an object when you strike the object. Make sure that no one can be injured by flying debris before striking any object.
