1. Remove the right front tire.2. Remove the access panel behind the front wheel. (shown removed)3. Remove four hoses (1) from the bottom of the pump. Cap or plug immediately and mark for correct reassembly. 4. Remove two hoses (2) from the top of the pump. Cap or plug, immediately and mark for reassembly. One hose is shown disconnected and capped.6. Disconnect two electrical connectors on the pump.7. Attach strap and a suitable lifting device, to the pump. The weight of pump is 47 kg (105 lb).8. Remove four bolts (3) and washers.9. Remove the propel pump.10. The following steps are for the installation of the propel pump.11. Install the pump in the mounting pad.12. Install four bolts (3), washers and tighten.13. Install four lower hoses (1) and tighten.14. Connect two hose (2) to the top of the pump.15. Connect electrical connectors.Disassemble And Assemble Propel Pump
Start By:a. Remove propel pump. 1. Remove six bolts (1), and remove displacement control valve (2). Upon reassembly, torque bolts (1) to 16 N m (12 ft lb). 2. Remove gasket (3). Check the gasket
