BODY-RELIEF VALVE 1106924 - Caterpillar

Remove harness connector cover (H) from MC-C47( 174-MC566-RD(Red)). This is one of two 12-pin connectors currently unused on the cab harness near the newly installed Product Link radio (either PLE641 or PLE631) (9).

Disconnect receptacle (J) and receptacle (K).

Remove existing antenna (L) on the ROPS first disconnecting the two coax cables running along the top of the cab. Loosen the nut below the antenna assembly and remove.
Remove old antenna bracket (M)

Secure the cable assembly and harness assembly using 15 strap cables (20).Software Update
Update the information display software first with flash file 520-4883. Applies to both the 844K and 990K.Note: Information Display will be first to update.
Verify the "Product ID" still reads the correct prime product machine serial number within CatEt. If not, enter the correct serial number in the "Product ID" field.
Update implement software to 526-1539 Implement Software Gp (990K) or 518-3950 Implement Software Gp (844K)
Update transmission software to 507-6435 Power Train Software Gp (990K) or 518-1718 Power Train Software Gp (844K)
Update network manager software to 518-6161 Monitor Software Gp ( 990K and 844K)
Update cell radio software to 512-8575 Monitor Software Gp 990K and 844K
Upload configuration file to network manager. Use configuration file 507-6436 Monitor Software Gp for the 990K and 518-3958 Monitor Software Gpfor the 844K. Refer to Systems Operation, UENR5823, "Product Link ® Elite PLE641 and PLE631 Systems".
Update messenger Groups on the 990K and 844K as shown in Table 3.
