Use the following procedure in order to install the new hose assemblies.
Remove the covers for the rear valve bank.
Locate the left hand and locate the right hand tubes for the articulation circuit. The tubes for the articulation circuit will always be the third set of tubes from the front of the machine.

Remove the left hand and remove the right hand tubes for the articulation circuit.

(1) Elbow
Replace the straight fitting On the hydraulic control valve with a new elbow (1), a new O-ring seal (2), and a new O-ring seal (3). Torque the new elbow (1) to 82 N m (60 lb ft).

Install a new hose assembly (4) to the new elbow (1). Torque the hose to 65 N m (48 lb ft).
Attach the straight end of the new hose assembly to the existing hose for the articulation circuit (6). Torque the hose fittings to 65 N m (48 lb ft).
Loosely secure the new hose with a new clip (5). Reuse the existing washer and reuse the existing bolt.
Ensure that the hose is not in contact with another component that could cause damage. Torque the bolt for the new clip (5) to 55 N m (40 lb ft).
Repeat Step 4 through Step 8 on the opposite side of the machine.
Reinstall the covers for the rear valve bank. Torque all bolts to 55 N m (40 lb ft).
