Installation Procedure
Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hoist control valve (1). The weight of hoist control valve (1) is approximately 79 kg (174 lb).
Install hoist control valve (1) and three bolts (11).

Connect hose assemblies (8), (9) and (10) to hoist control valve (1).

Connect hose assembly (7) to hoist control valve (1).
Install electrical connector (6) to the clip. Connect electrical connector (6).

Connect hose assembly (5) to hoist control valve (1).

Install electrical connector (4) to the clip. Connect electrical connector (4).

Connect hose assemblies (2) and (3) to hoist control valve (1).
Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check". End By:
Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
