Movement of the machine could result in death or personal injury. Shut the 3208T (Engine B) diesel engine down. Tag the machine controls. Lock the main battery switch at OFF before starting work.
1. Throughly clean around the hose connections.2. Disconnect hoses (3). Cap or plug immediately.3. Loosen the setscrews on the motor side of the coupling.4. Remove motor mount bolts (1).5. Pull motor (2) straight back until the motor shaft clears the coupling. Be careful not to lose the key.6. Remove fittings (4) and (5) from the old motor.7. Install the fittings on the new motor.8. Position the key to the motor shaft.9. Move the motor into position. Slide the shaft into the coupling.10. Install the mounting bolts.11. Tighten the setscrews in the coupling.12. Connect the hydraulic hoses. Check out operation of the motor.
