1. Remove the pressure from the brake system by making several brake applications with the foot brakes until brake pressure gauge shows zero pressure.
Do not loosen or remove any oil lines from the brake control valve until the brake pressure is zero.
2. Remove the floor plate from over the brake control valve.3. Disconnect the linkage from the pedal and plate assembly. Remove the bolts that fasten pedal and plate assembly to the frame. Remove pedal and plate assembly.4. Remove the front inspection plate.5. Disconnect the oil lines from the brake control valve.6. Remove the four bolts (2) that fasten support bracket to frame. Remove the brake control valve (1).Install Brake Control Valve
1. Put the brake control valve in position on machine.2. Install the four bolts that fasten support bracket to frame.3. Connect the oil lines to the brake control valve.4. Install the front inspection plate. 5. Put the pedal and plate assembly into position on the machine, and install the bolts that fasten the assembly to the frame.6. Connect the linkage to the pedal and plate assembly.7. Install the floor plate over the brake control valve.
