This procedure is used to test the parking brake solenoid valves.Test Preparation
Machines without Remote Control
Move the machine to a hard, level surface.
Engage the parking brake and stop the engine.
Install the steering frame lock.
Place blocks in front of the wheels and behind the wheels.Test Procedure
Machines without Remote Control
Before proceeding with the following test, check the machine electrical system for diagnostic codes. Also check that there is 24 V electrical supply to the solenoid coils and that the solenoid coils have correct resistance.Reference: For more information refer to Troubleshooting, Testing and Adjusting, "Solenoids".
