Install bearing (11). Repeat Steps 2 through 4 for the remaining side.

Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to shear jaw (7). Position shear jaw (7). The weight of shear jaw (7) for the S365B is approximately 816 kg (1800 lb). The weight of shear jaw (7) for the S385B is approximately 998 kg (2200 lb).

Attach a suitable lifting device to pin assembly (10) in order to install the pin assembly. The weight of pin assembly (10) for the S365B is approximately 172 kg (380 lb). The weight of pin assembly (10) for the S385B is approximately 213 kg (470 lb).

Use Tooling (B) in order to install nut (8). Install bolts (9). Install shims (8a) (not shown). Repeat for this step for remaining nut (8) .Note: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Jaw - Repair" for the following procedures: installing the shims, the tightening procedure and the adjustment procedure.

Attach a suitable lifting device to cylinder assembly (3). The weight of cylinder assembly (3) for the S365B is approximately 1406 kg (3100 lb). The weight of cylinder assembly (3) for the S385B is approximately 1814 kg (4000 lb). Align the rod of cylinder assembly (3) with the shear housing. Use the host machine's hydraulic system and the lifting device.
