Remove & Install Underframe
Start By:a. remove oil pan Do not use the suction tube for a handle when removing, damage to the tube weld may result.1. Remove fourteen bolts (1) from underframe (2). Lift the underframe straight up off elbow (3) which is located under the arrow. 2. Remove O-ring seal (4) from elbow (3). Remove two bolts (5) and remove elbow (3). Remove elbow mounting seal. The following steps are for the installation of the underframe. 3. Install O-ring mounting seal (6) on elbow (3).4. Position elbow (3) and install bolts (5). Install O-ring (4) and lubricate with engine oil prior to installing underframe. Do not use the suction tube for a handle when installing, damage to the tube weld may result.5. Install underframe (2) onto the elbow and down over the O-ring seal. Once in position, install bolts (1).End By:a. install oil pan
