Use Tooling (B) to install lip seal (32) in bearing cage (30). Lubricate the sealing lip with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Install O-ring seal (33) on bearing cage (30) .

Install O-ring seal (27) on bearing cage (25) .

Install O-ring seal (22) on bearing cage (19) .

Lubricate the bore of the cover with the lubricant that is being sealed. Install bearing cage (30) and shim pack (31). Install bolts (29) and the washers. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 100 20 N m (75 15 lb ft).

Lubricate the bore of the cover with the lubricant that is being sealed. Install bearing cage (25) and shim pack (26). Install bolts (24) and the washers. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 100 20 N m (75 15 lb ft).

Lubricate the bore of the cover with the lubricant that is being sealed. Install bearing cage (19) and shim pack (20). Install bolts (18) and the washers. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 100 20 N m (75 15 lb ft).

If necessary, install closure (17) .
If necessary, install breather (15), gauge assemblies (16), and the O-ring seals.
Install block assembly (14) and the O-ring seal with two bolts (13) and the washers .
Apply Tooling (M) to the splines of the pump drive gear and yoke (9). Install yoke (9) and O-ring seal (10) (not shown). Apply Tooling (M) to the face of retainer (12). Install bolt (11) and retainer (12).

Install the manifold to the pump drive. Install four bolts (4) (not shown) and the washers.
Connect the following items: hose assembly (2), hose assembly (3), hose assembly (5), hose assembly (6), hose assembly (7) and hose assembly (8) .End By: Install the pump drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Pump Drive (Front) - Install".
