Connect hose assembly (34) for the manifold assembly.

Connect air conditioner hose assembly (31) from refrigerant accumulator (30). Connect hose (33) from water valve (32). Connect hose (29) from the air conditioner.

Connect steering hose assemblies (27) and cable strap (28) .

Connect hose assemblies (25) and (26) .

Connect hose assemblies (23). Connect test hoses (24) .

Connect ground strap (21) and harness assembly (22). Connect harness assemblies (17) and (18). Tighten screws (19) and (20).

At in-line refrigerant dryer (16), connect hose assembly (15) .

Install panel (13) and install bolts (14). Tighten bolts (12) .

Install cover (9) onto panel (10) .

Install bolts (8) that retain bracket (7) .Note: Exhaust extension (6) was installed with the cab.

Install right side radiator guard (5) and bolts (4) .

align the hole of tilt cylinder (3) with the cab and install pin (2). Install the cotter pin.Note: It may be necessary to raise the cab slightly with a suitable lifting device so that pin (2) may be installed.

Connect hose assembly (1) to the underside of the cab.
Charge the air conditioner system. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the ON position. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery Disconnect Switch".
