Removal Procedure
Start By:

Remove bolts (1) . Remove nylon flange (2) .

Loosen bolt (3) . Remove hub (4) .Installation Procedure

Install hub (4) and tighten bolt (3) . Tighten bolt (3) to a torque of 86 7 N m (63 5 lb ft).Note: If the pumps are installed on plate (5) , Dimension (X) is measured from the engine side of plate (5) .
The Distance (X) from plate (5) to hub (4) is 44.7 0.5 mm (1.76 0.02 inch).

Install nylon flange (2) . Install bolts (1) .
Place straight edge (6) across the flywheel housing. The distance between nylon flange (2) at Surface (Z) and straight edge (6) is 26.7 mm (1.05 inch).End By: Install the engine.Removal Procedure

Loosen bolts (4) . Remove hub (3) .Installation Procedure

(Y) 13.7 mm (0.54 inch) from the pump shaft to the outer face of hub (3) .
Install hub (3) to Dimension (Y) .
Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 49 2 N m (36 2 lb ft) in the following sequence: 1-2-1-2.

Install nylon flange (2) with webbing facing the engine. Install bolts (1) . Tighten bolts (1) in the alternating pattern of 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8, as shown in Illustration 12.End By: Install the engine.
