Problem
Trucks with 1999 MY C-10 (3CS), C-12 (2KS), or 3406E (2WS/1MM) engines and the Eaton 10 and 18 speed AutoShift transmissions may experience engine stall due to engine retarding below low idle. New software needs to be installed on these engines to prevent this problem from occurring.
