Remove Fuel Injection Valves
preparatory step: a) remove valve covers 1. Remove the inner fuel injection line (1).2. Remove fuel injection valve retaining nut (2).3. Remove fuel injection valve assembly from precombustion chamber. Remove nozzle from body.Install Fuel Injection Valves
1. Install the fuel injection valve nozzle (2) finger tight on the body (1). Install the valve assembly into the precombustion chamber.2. Install the valve retaining nut, and tighten nut to an initial torque of 85 5 lb. ft. (11,8 0,7 mkg). Hand tighten retaining nut to a final torque of 105 5 lb. ft. (14,5 0,7 mkg).3. Install the inner fuel injection line. Tighten retaining nuts to 30 5 lb. ft. (4,1 0,7 mkg).concluding step: a) install valve covers
