February 28, 1994Problem
Certain remanufactured 0R2437 and 0R2466 Hydraulic Cylinder Assemblies have cylinder head threads that are too shallow and need to be removed from parts stock.
Action Required
Remove all 0R2437 and 0R2466 Hydraulic Cylinder Assemblies with a date code of October 1993 or earlier from parts stock. The date code is stamped in the upper right hand corner of the plate and an alphabetic code using the format below:
Example: A date code of UNDE = 1093 = October, 1993
Service Claim Allowances
Submit one claim for all 0R2437 and 0R2466 Hydraulic Cylinder Assemblies removed from parts stock.
US and Canadian Dealers Only - When submitting a parts stock claim use 99Z00001 in the Product Identification Number Field.
Parts Disposition
U.S. and Canadian Dealers
Return all 0R2437 and 0R2466 Hydraulic Cylinder Assemblies that are removed from parts stock and a copy of the claim to:
