Remove and discard cable tie mounting (C) and cable tie (D) from location (A). Secure the remaining hardware that was removed back onto the stud.Remove the existing connectors from the clipping at location (B). Remove and discard bolt (E), washer (F), and the clipping from location (B).

At location (A), secure grommet (1), clip (2), and clip (3) around the existing transmission harness. Secure two clips (6) to clip (1) and clip (2) by using bolt (4), two hard washers (5), and nut (7).Secure the existing connectors to clips (6).Secure the loose harnesses to the existing transmission harness assembly slightly behind location (A) by using cable strap (8).
At location (B), insert bolt (9) with washer (10) into the available hole.Procedure for Machines Equipped with a 337-7938 Transmission Wiring Gp
Complete the following procedure for the following machines that have completed Special Instruction, REHS7977, "Procedure to Install the APECS Retrofit Kit on the 793F Off-Highway Truck":

Remove and discard cable tie mounting (C) and cable tie (D) from location (A). Secure the remaining hardware that was removed back onto the stud.Remove the existing connectors from the clipping at location (B). Remove bolt (E), washer (F), and two clips (G) from location (B). Discard clips (G). Reinstall bolt (E) and washer (F) back into the same hole to secure the retained clipping.
