Drain the oil from the rear oscillating axle housing and from the final drive assemblies into a suitable container. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Differential and Final Drive Oil - Change"

Disconnect harness assembly (1), tube assembly (3), and bracket (2).

Disconnect hose assemblies (4) and (5).

Attach Tooling (A) to the left side and to the right side of front axle assembly (6).
Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A). The weight of front axle assembly (6) is approximately 5000 kg (11023 lb).

Remove bolts (7) from each side of front axle assembly (6).
Carefully lower front axle assembly (6) to a suitable trailer or to a piece of sheet metal. Pull front axle assembly (6) outward by using a suitable towing machine.Installation Procedure

C - Anti-Seize Compound - Note: Make sure that the mating surfaces of the front axle assembly and the front loader frame are clean prior to installation of the front axle assembly.

Position front axle assembly (6) under the front loader frame.
Attach Tooling (A) to the left side and to the right side of front axle assembly (6).
Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A). The weight of front axle assembly (6) is approximately 5000 kg (11023 lb).

Apply Tooling (C) onto dowels (8).

Raise front axle assembly (6). Make sure that dowels (8) are aligned with the holes in the front loader frame.
Install bolts (7). Tighten bolts (7) to a torque of 2000 250 N m (1475 184 lb ft).

Connect hose assemblies (4) and (5).

Connect bracket (2), tube assembly (3), and harness assembly (1).
Fill the rear oscillating axle housing and the final drive assemblies with oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Differential and Final Drive Oil - Change"End by:a. Install the Drive Shaft (Front) and Drive Shaft Support Bearing.b. Install the Tire and Rim (Front).
