1. Loosen clamp (1) that holds the breather tube to the breather.2. Remove bolts (4) that holds the breather tube to the engine, and move the breather tube away from the exhaust manifold.3. Remove the nuts and spacers (2), and remove exhaust manifold (3).4. Remove the gaskets from the studs.Install Exhaust Manifold (Industrial Engine)
Typical Example1. Put 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compoundon studs (2).2. Put gaskets (1) and exhaust manifold (3) in position on the studs, and install the spacers and nuts.3. Tighten the nuts in the number sequence shown to a torque of 38 5 N m (28 4 lb ft). 4. Put breather tube (5) in position on the breather, and tighten clamp (4) to a torque of 4.5 0.5 N m (40 4 lb in).Install bolt (6) that holds the breather tube to the cylinder block.End By:a. install turbocharger
