Remove four bolts (6). Remove two plastic caps (7) .

Use a suitable lifting device in order to support the housing for the steering knuckle. Use forcing screws in order to push the bearing and pin (8) out of the housing.

Separate bearing (9) from pin (8). Remove the O-ring (10) .Note: It is important to note the placement of the shims. Retain the proper shims with the corresponding pins.

Remove the four bolts and the plastic caps from the bottom of the housing for the steering knuckle. Use forcing screws in order to remove the pin from the bottom of the housing for the steering knuckle. Separate bearing (11) from pin (12). Remove O-ring (13) .Note: It is important to note the placement of the shims. Retain the proper shims with the corresponding pins.

Use a suitable lifting device in order to remove the housing for the steering knuckle.

Remove seal (14) and bushing (15) from the bore of the housing for the steering knuckle.Note: It may be necessary to destroy seal (14) in order to remove the seal.

Remove bearing race (16) from the top of the axle housing.

Remove bearing race (17) from the bottom of the axle housing.

Use a suitable lifting device in order to remove axle shaft (18), sun gear (19), and both of the universal joints from the axle housing.

Remove snap ring (20) from sun gear shaft (21) .

Remove seal (22) from the axle housing.

Remove bushing (23) from the axle housing.

Place alignment marks on the axle housing in order to ensure proper assembly. Use a suitable lifting device in order to support the axle housing. Remove bolts (24). Remove the axle housing.Note: It may be necessary to pry the axle housing from the brake housing.

Place alignment marks on bushing (25). Remove bushing (25) .
