BOLT 0802436 - Caterpillar

1. Attach a lifting device to center flashing and remove the center flashing. The weight of the center flashing is 73 kg (160 lb).2. Using two people, remove the side trough.3. Remove the bolts from center trough (1). Use two people to pull the center trough out far enough to attach a hoist. 4. Attach a lifting device to the center trough and remove the bolts. Remove center trough. The weight of the center trough is 107 kg (235 lb). 5. Position master link (3) at the tail pulley as shown. Loosen the drag chain at the take up.6. Install tool (A) and chain the drag conveyor to tool (A) as shown. Separate the drag chain and move the drag chain out of the way.7. Remove the bolts from the hardliner. 8. Attach a lifting device to the hardliner and remove the hardliner. The weight of the hardliner is approximately 100 kg (220 lb). To install hardliner, reverse the removal steps.
