(11) Charging valve The control valve group for the dozer (7) is mounted under the hood near the front of the tractor. The control valve group contains four valves: bulldozer tilt control valve (8), bulldozer lift control valve (9), main relief valve (10) and charging valve (11). Main relief valve (10) prevents pressure spikes in the hydraulic system. The control valves are activated by a proportional solenoid valve on each end of the valve spool. Charging valve (11) maintains pressure in the system after the control valves in order to reduce voiding in the lift cylinders.

View of the rear implement connection point on the rear of the tractor
A hydraulic jumper tube is installed on the rear implement connection point (6) when a machine has no rear attachments. The hydraulic jumper tube is used to allow the signal oil in the resolver network to drain to the tank when the lift or tip control valves are in the centered position. If the hydraulic jumper is not in place, the load sensing signal oil will become trapped in the resolver network.

(16) Charge pump for the steering circuit and pilot Hydraulic implement pump (14) is a variable displacement axial piston pump. The implement pump is also load sensing and pressure compensated. The pump provides the oil flow for the implement hydraulics. The oil is then available to activate the implements when the operator moves the implement control lever.Implement pump (14) is mounted to the upper left portion of the engine flywheel housing.Implement Controls
