Use the 1U-7600 Slide Hammer Puller to remove the seals.
Use the 5P-7318 Wear Sleeve Distorter Group to remove the wear sleeves.Install the front and rear seal groups, as follows:
Clean the outer surface of the crankshaft with 4C-9500 Quick Cure Primer .
The crankshaft seals must be installed with the lip of the seals, as shown. Ensure that the correct seal is installed on each end of the crankshaft.Note: No lubrication is needed to install the wear sleeves and the seals.
Do not separate the seals from the sleeves. Install the seal groups as a unit on each end of the engine with the correct tools, as shown.
