This letter applies to all C175 engine serial numbers 999 and lower. The affected engine serial number prefixes are A4K, LLM, JTL, B7B, and B7C.
Replace failed components as needed.
Refer to Image1 for C175-16 Engines.
Refer to Image2 for C175-20 Engines.
Refer to Special Instruction, REHS7486, "Assembly Procedure for the Engine Oil Lines Group for Certain C175 Off-Highway Truck Engines", for the proper assembly sequence of the tubes. Following this procedure will reduce assembly stress on cross under tubes.
