Raise temperature of bearing cone (20) and lower temperature of gear (19). Install bearing cone (20).

Lower the temperature of bearing cups (21) and (22). Install bearing cups (21) and (22).

Lower the temperature of gear (19) and raise the temperature of bearing cone (18). Position manifold (5) on gear (19). Install bearing cone (18). Position lock (16). Install nut (17) and tighten hand tight.

Install bearing cone (14) onto carrier (15).

Lower the temperature of bearing cups (12) and (13). Install bearing cups (12) and (13) into gear (11).

Position gear (11) onto carrier (15). Install bearing cone (10). Install retaining ring (9).

Install seal (8).

Install O-ring seals (7).

Install carrier assembly (6) into manifold (5).

Lower the temperature of race (4). Apply Tooling (D) evenly onto the mating surfaces of race (4) and manifold (2). Use Tooling (A) to install race (4) into manifold (2).

Position manifold (2). Install bolts (1). Install bolt (3). Do not torque bolts (1) and bolt (3) at this time.
Ensure that bearing cone (10) and bearing cone (18) rotate freely. End By:
Install the pump drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, " Pump Drive - Install".
