Position cover (48) on the top of the radiator. Install three bolts (46) and the washers. Repeat for the other side.
Install bumper (47) in cover (48).

Connect wiring harness (44) and attach harness clips.
Install four bolts (41) and the washers in order to attach tube assembly (43). Repeat for tube assembly (45).Note: Orient tube assembly (43) and tube assembly (43) toward the radiator module.
Connect hose assembly (40) and hose assembly (42).

Position elbow (28) on a work bench and install the following parts: fitting (36), fitting (37), three bolts (38) and the washers, valve (35) and gasket (39).

Position elbow (25) on a work bench and install the following parts: fitting (31), plug (33), three bolts (32) and the washers, valve (30) and gasket (34).

Assemble elbow (25) to bottom tank (29) by using gasket (28) and four bolts (26) and the washers. Repeat the installation for elbow (27).

Attach a suitable lifting device (not shown) to stair assembly (20). Position the stair assembly against the front side of the radiator module. The approximate weight of the stair assembly is 177 kg (390 lb).

Install stair assembly (20) by using the following parts: four nuts (21), four bolts (22), four spacers (23) and four mounts (24).

Attach a suitable lifting device (not shown) to ladder (12). Position the ladder against the left side of the radiator module. The approximate weight of the ladder is 38 kg (84 lb).

Install ladder (12) by using the following parts: four nuts (16), four bolts (17), four spacers (18) and four mounts (19).

Install six bolts (13) and the washers to ladder (12). Also, install one bolt (14), one nut (15) and two washers to the ladder.

Attach a suitable lifting device (not shown) to handhold (8). Position the handhold onto the radiator module.

Install handhold (8) on radiator module (1) by using the following parts: four bolts (9) and the washers, four bolts (10) and the washers and four bolts (11) and the washers.

Attach a suitable lifting device (not shown) to handhold (2). Position the handhold onto the radiator module. The approximate weight of the handhold is 60 kg (133 lb).
