Install bolt (42) on clamp (43) .

Tighten nuts (41) and bolts (40) .Note: During the installation of bolts (40) , tighten the bolts to a torque of 105 20 N m (77 15 lb ft).
Repeat Step 40 for the other side of turbocharger support (39) .

Tighten bolts (38) and (37) .
Repeat Step 42 for the turbocharger oil return tubes on the opposite side of the engine.

Install gasket (35) . Disconnect elbow (34) . Install four bolts (36) .Note: During the installation of bolts (36) , tighten the bolts to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).Note: Use a new gasket during the installation of gasket (35) .

Tighten four bolts (33) .Note: During the installation of bolts (33) , tighten the bolts to a torque of 47 5 N m (35 4 lb ft).
Tighten bolts (32) .Note: During the installation of bolts (32) , tighten the bolts to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).
Repeat Steps 45 and 46 for the remaining high pressure turbocharger.

Install gasket (29) , cover (28) , clips (30) , and eight bolts (27) .Note: Use a new gasket during the installation of gasket (29) .Note: During the installation of bolts (27) , tighten the bolts to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).

Install gasket (25) , cover (24) , and bolts (21) .Note: Use a new gasket during the installation of gasket (25) .Note: During the installation of bolts (21) , tighten the bolts to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).
Install split clamp (26) , washers, bolt (23) , and nut (22) .

Install cover (13) , clip (15) , three clips (19) , washers, two bolts (16) , and eight bolts (14) .Note: During the installation of bolts (14) and bolts (16) , tighten the bolts to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).
Repeat Step 51 for remaining cover (20) .
Install engine timing sensor (18) . Connect engine timing sensor (18) .
Install engine speed sensor (17) . Connect engine speed sensor (17) .

Install plate (10) , clip (11) , eight washers, and eight bolts (12) .
Install tube (9) (not shown), split flange (8) (not shown), two retainers (7) (not shown), two washers (not shown), and two bolts (6) (not shown).Note: Inspect the O-ring seals for wear or for damage. If necessary, replace the O-ring seals.
Connect the rear aftercooler temperature sensor.
Install plate (5) , nuts (4) , washers, and bolts (3) .

Install flywheel housing adapter (1) , washers, and bolts (2) .Note: During the installation of bolts (2) , tighten the bolts to a torque of 135 20 N m (100 15 lb ft).Note: During the installation of bolts (2) , use a tap to clean the residue of the sealant from the bolt holes.Note: Use Tooling
