Use Tooling (B) in order to remove pin assembly (21) from the upper hitch.Note: Use the suitable lifting device in order to relieve pressure from pin (21) during removal.

Use a suitable lift truck and the suitable lifting device in order to separate the loader frame from the rear frame. Use Tooling (G) in order to support the loader frame.

Mark the position of caps (24) and (27) . Remove bolts (25) and remove cap (24) , shims (26) (not shown), and cap (27) from the upper hitch of the loader frame. Remove lip seal (28) from cap (24) . Remove lip seal (29) from cap (27) .
