Assembly Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install the O-ring seals and the backup seals in the valve. Install the components in valve (22) .

Install the boot and the ring in the valve. Install the O-ring seals, the backup seals, and the cup. Install the components in valve (21) .

Install the components. Install O-ring seals (18), (19), and (20) .
Install plug (17) in the brake valve.

Install O-ring seal (15) on plug (14) .

Install lever assembly (2) .
Install pin (1). Install clip (3) on pin (1) .
