2. Remove hoses (1) and (3).3. Remove brace (5). Remove the bolt that holds brace (2) to the radiator. Loosen bolt in other end of brace and pull the brace away from the radiator.4. Remove guards (4).5. Disconnect the hose from the bottom of the radiator. 6. Remove baffle (7). Remove nut (9) and the bolt from each side of the radiator.7. Install two 3/8"-16NC forged eyebolts in the supports along the sides of the radiator. Fasten a hoist and remove the radiator. The weight of the radiator is 65 lb. (29 kg).8. Remove dampers (8) and baffle (6).Install Radiator
1. Put dampers (2) in position on the supports.2. Install two 3/8"-16NC forged eyebolts in supports (1). Fasten a hoist and put the radiator in position on the supports.3. Put baffle (3) in position and install the bolts and nuts that hold the baffle and radiator in place. Install the baffle on the bottom of the firewall.4. Connect the hose to the bottom of the radiator. 5. Install guards (4) on the radiator.6. Install the braces on the sides of the radiator.7. Install the two hoses on top of the radiator.8.
