Install lip seal (23) into cover (22).

Install cover (22) into the housing.

Attach Tooling (C) to the rotating assembly. Use Tooling (C) to seat the rotating assembly against cover (22).

Remove Tooling (B) from rotating assembly (20).

Install control plate (19) and O-ring seal (18) into housing (4).

Install O-ring seal (15), spring (16), and guide (17) onto plug (14).

Install plug (14) into head assembly (3).

Install O-ring seal (13), spring (12), guide (11), and spool (10) into plug (6).

Install O-ring seal (9), spring (8), and orifice (7) into plug (5).

Install plugs (6) and (5) into head assembly (3).

Install head assembly (3) onto housing (4). Install bolts (2) and (1). Tighten bolts (2) and (1) to a torque of 130 N m (96 lb ft).
