PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Place the machine in the service position and release the hydraulic oil pressure in the system. Refer to the affected machines Disassembly and Assembly manual, "Hydraulic System Pressure - Release".
Remove the top cover plate in order to gain access to the main control valve.

Remove the boom crossover hose as indicated in Image 1.3.1.

Remove hose connected to tube by removing four M12 HEX socket head bolts as indicated in Image 1.4.1.

Remove entire tube from main control valve by removing four M12 HEX socket head bolts. Remove the 6V-8635 Connector from the tube as indicated in Image 1.5.1. This connector will need to be reused when reinstalling the new tube.

Install new 7M-8485 Seal and the 6V-8635 Connector into the tube.
Install new 1P-3703 Seal into the Tube and reconnect to main control valve.
Install new 1P-3704 Seal into the Tube and reconnect hose.
Install new 5K-9090 Seal into the 6V-8635 Connector and reconnect hose.
Reference Image 1.6.1 for corresponding seal locations.
*Note: Actual tube may appear slightly different based on tube part number.

Test machine for leaks and correct operation. If successful, reinstall top cover plate over main control valve.
