Lay the seat on the left-hand side.

Use suitable tooling to hold the cover out of the way to allow access to the seat mechanism.

Ensure that seat is fully extended (approximately 190 mm (7.5 inch). Install a suitable support.

Remove two existing cable ties from the rear of the seat harness.

(1) Green air line
(2) Yellow air line
(3) Wire spade connector (red wire)
(4) Wire spade connector (orange wire)
Disconnect wire spade connectors (3) and (4) from the valve.
Disconnect green air line (1) and yellow air line (2) from the valve. Any air pressure in the system will be released causing the seat mechanism to close onto the previously installed support. Ensure the support is properly in place.

(1) Green air line
(5) Wire spade connector (red wire)
(6) Wire spade connector (black wire)
Disconnect green air line (1) from the compressor.
Disconnect wire spade connectors (5) and (6) from the compressor.

(2) Yellow air line
Disconnect yellow air line (2) from the air spring.
Remove the harness.Installation

New harness routing
Route the new harness as shown in Illustration 9.

(1) Green air line

(4) Wire spade connector (orange wire)
Connect green air line (1) and yellow air line (2) to the valve.

Route the green air line, and red and black wire spade connectors over the top of the air spring as shown in Illustration 11.

(1) Green air line

Connect green air line (1) to the compressor.Note: Ensure that the airline is pushed in to the line marked on the hose.
Connect wire spade connectors (5) and (6) to the compressor.

Connect yellow air line (2) to the air spring.

Install the two cable ties to the rear of the seat harness.
Remove the support from the seat mechanism. Use caution. If the seat is moved, the seat mechanism will close.
Position the seat cover and clip into place around the base.
Install the seat in the machine. Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly manual referenced in "Reference Section".Reference Section
