New 450-1801 Valve As (1) replaces the former 380-2061 Valve As in the 364-9529 Fuel Transfer Pump Gp. Use 8T-0154 Hose Clamp (2) to secure the new valve assembly with the hose assembly.Refer Special Instruction, REHS7556, "Installation Of The Fast Fill Fuel Adapter And Fuel Transfer Pump On The D6T" to install new valve assembly in the fuel transfer pump group.

In order to allow the maximum refilling fuel flow of 40 L/min (10 US gpm), the valve assembly (1) needs to be fully opened (A) as shown in Illustration 2.

Valve assembly in closed position
After fuel refilling, ensure the valve assembly (1) is fully closed by screwing the cap to the end of the thread. This will close the valve inlet slots and prevent both the check valve contamination and seepage. Refer to Illustration 3.New 450-1801 Valve As is adaptable to machines and effective in production with machines that are listed in Table 2.
