Remove cover (1) .

Release belt tensioner (2) and remove belt (3) .
Remove two bolts (6) and install Tooling (A). Remove remaining bolts (6). Remove vibration damper (5) and spacer (7) from the pulley.
Remove Tooling (A). Remove bolts (4) and the washer. Remove the pulley from the crankshaft.Installation Procedure

Install the pulley on the crankshaft. Position the washer and install bolts (4). Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 190 30 N m (140 22 lb ft).
Install Tooling (A) in the pulley.
Install spacer (7) and vibration damper (5) on Tooling (A). Install two bolts (6) that are 180 degrees from each other. Tighten two bolts (6) to a torque of 20 15 N m (15 11 lb ft). Remove Tooling (A) and install remaining bolts (6). Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
Release belt tensioner (2) and install belt (3) .

Install cover (1) .
