BOLT-HEX 4737370 - Caterpillar

1. Remove two nuts (2) and then remove rear view mirror (1). 2. Remove three switches (3) from the control panel on the ceiling. 3. Remove eight screws (5) and remove control panel (4) from the ceiling. 4. Disconnect wires (6) from the control panel. Remove panel all the way from ceiling. Put numbers on the wires for correct installation. 5. Remove four nuts (7), then remove control panel housing (8). 6. Loosen two screws (10) and remove the air exhaust panel cover (9). 7. Remove the two air filters (11). 8. Remove six bolts (13). Remove air exhaust panel (12). 9. Remove three bolts (15) and remove support bracket (14). 10. Remove five buttons (16) with tool (A). Remove sound suppression (17).Install Ceiling Sound Suppression
1. Install sound suppression (1). Install the five buttons (2) that hold sound suppression with tool (A). 2. Install support bracket (3) with the three bolts that hold it. 3. Install air exhaust panel (4) with the bolts that hold it. 4. Install the two air filters (5) in the panel. 5. Install cover (6) for the air exhaust panel. 6. Install control panel housing (7) with the nuts that hold it. 7. Connect the wires (8) to the control panel. 8. Put the control panel (9) in position on the housing with the screws that hold it. 9. Install the three switches (10) on the control panel. 10. Install the rear view mirror (11) with the nuts that hold it.
