BOLT 4754559 - Caterpillar

1. Fasten a hoist and remove the hood over the engine. Weight is 53 lb. (24 kg).2. Use tool (A) to remove the nut over the fuel injection valve.3. Remove nut (2).4. Remove the fuel injection valve from the precombustion chamber. Remove the nozzle from the valve body. 5. Follow Steps 1 through 3 for the removal of the other fuel injection valves.Install Fuel Injection Valves
1. Install nozzle (3) on valve body (2). Tighten the nozzle finger tight only. Install the fuel injection valve in the precombustion chamber. Install nut (1). Tighten the nut to a torque of 105 5 lb.ft. (142.4 6.8 N m).2. Install the fuel line. Tighten the nut on the fuel line to a torque of 30 5 lb.ft. (40.7 6.8 N m) with tool (A).3. Follow Steps 1 and 2 to install the other fuel injection valves.4. Fasten a hoist and install the hood over the engine.
