PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Group Number 1
1) Loosen the hose clamp. Disconnect the hose from the bottom of the thermostat housing. Remove the existing 3P-1932 Adapter, 3K-0360 O-ring Seal, and the 3J-7354 O-ring Seal. These parts will not be reused.
2) Install the 367-5995 Adapter with the 3K-0360 O-ring Seal into the thermostat housing on the engine. Refer to the Image1.4.1.
3) Install the 124-0396 Elbow Adapter and the 3J-7354 O-ring Seal into the 367-5995 Adapter. Refer to the Image1.4.1.
4) Install the 337-8766 Connector with the 238-5079 O-ring Seal, then fit the vent line and secure with the 1P-4278 Hose Clamp. Tighten to a torque of 8 Nm. Refer to Image1.4.1.

Group Number 2
1) Loosen the hose clamps. Remove all clips, adapters, seal, and vent line hose between the coolant tank and thermostat housing. These parts will not be reused.
2) Install the 268-4045 Connector with the 3J-1907 O-ring Seal, into the port of the shunt tank.

3) Install the 5P-6442 Hose vent line into the 268-4045 Connector and secure with a 1P-4278 Hose Clamp. Tighten to a torque of 8 Nm.

4) Install the 367-5995 Adapter with the 3K-0360 O-ring Seal into the thermostat housing on the engine. Refer to the Image1.4.1.
5) Install the 124-0396 Elbow Adapter and the 3J-7354 O-ring Seal into the 367-5995 Adapter. Refer to the Image1.4.1.
6) Install the 337-8766 Connector with the 238-5079 O-ring Seal, then fit the vent line and secure with the 1P-4278 Hose Clamp. Tighten to a torque of 8 Nm. Refer to Image1.4.1.
