1. Rods (8) must have the correct length.2. Move control lever (1) to the TILT position. The roller must go into detent (2). If the roller does not go into the detent, make rod (4) shorter.3. Move the lift control lever to the LIFT position and then to the FLOAT position. The roller must go into detent (3) when the lever is moved to the LIFT and the FLOAT positions. If the roller can not go into both detents, adjust the length of the rod behind rod (4).4. With control lever (1) in the HOLD position, push end (6) into solenoid (7) until it stops to get clearance (5). With the lift control lever in the HOLD position, the roller clearance (5) is the same for detent (3), when the end is pushed into the lift kickout solenoid, that is behind solenoid (7).5. The adjustment for clearance (5) is made after the locknut against end (6) is loosened. Turn the screw, in the end, in the direction necessary to correct the clearance dimension. It may be necessary to move the rubber cover off of the solenoid when the screw is turned. The adjustment procedure for the lift kickout solenoid is the same as it is for solenoid (7).
