Connect the steering frame lock.
Release the hydraulic system pressure.
Remove the power train guard.Note: Put identification marks on all hoses, on all hose assemblies, on all harness assemblies, and on all tube assemblies for installation purposes. Plug all hose assemblies and all tube assemblies. This helps to prevent fluid loss, and helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.
Personal injury can result from hydraulic oil pressure and hot oil.Hydraulic oil pressure can remain in the hydraulic system after the engine has been stopped. Serious injury can be caused if this pressure is not released before any service is done on the hydraulic system.Make sure all of the work tools have been lowered to the ground, and the oil is cool before removing any components or lines. Remove the oil filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.

Install Tooling (A) onto the hydraulic tank. Attach an air supply hose onto Tooling (A). Apply 276 to 414 kPa (40 to 60 psi) of air. This procedure will pull vacuum on the hydraulic system.

Remove tube assemblies (1). Disconnect hose assembly (2) .

Disconnect hose assembly (3). Disconnect tube assemblies (4). Remove bolts (6) and remove axle oil cooler pump and motor (5) .

Remove bolts (11), motor (10), coupling (8), and pins (9) from pump (7) .Installation Procedure
Install axle oil cooler pump and motor in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (11) to a torque of 55 3 N m (41 2 lb ft).
