This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3091" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3091" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The bolts attaching the torque converter flex plate to the torque converter and the bolts attaching the hydraulic pump to the transmission may be improperly tightened on certain 416C, 426C, 428C, 436C and 438C Backhoe Loaders. A problem with production torque tooling has caused the 6V8455 Bolts that attach the torque converter flex plate to the torque converter (note the 6V8455 Bolts are shown as 6V8212 in the parts books) and the 8T7338 Bolts that attach the hydraulic pump to the transmission to be under tightened on a number of C-series backhoe loaders.

1. Tighten the two 8T7338 (M16) Bolts - Hydraulic Pump Mounting to a torque of 240 40 N m.2. Tighten the converter flex plate the six 6V8455 (M10) Bolts to 55 10 N m.
